The retreat is suitable for children aged 6+, but due to the steep and uneven terrain we advise you to supervise your children at all times.
All chalets are pet friendly except Rock Shadow Chalet and Tongkat Ali Chalet. Each pet will be charged RM40 for chalet; RM50 for villa huts (max 4) with a security deposit of RM200 per chalet upon reservation. This will be returned after inspection and within 3 working days. Please supervise your pet, pick up after them and respect other guests. Our full Pet Policy can be found in the link below.
Guests are required to park at a designated spot nearest your dwelling and at their own risk.
The number of beds will be prepared based on the number of guests (pax) booked. For chalets, the default setup includes 2 single beds in one room, while for villa huts, the default setup includes 2 single beds in two rooms, totaling 4 single beds. If an additional camp bed or mattress is required (depending on the room type), there will be a charge of RM40 per pax per night for chalets and RM50 per pax per night for villa huts. Pillow, blanket, towel, and water supply are all provided.
