1. Can a normal/sedan car access the retreat?

Access is achievable for a normal/sedan car such as Axia, Saga etc. However, a 4-wheel car is more ideal. Drive slowly and pay attention to the holes.

2. Is free breakfast provided; is there a café/restaurant; can I order food?

No, we do not provide a free breakfast or have a café/restaurant at the retreat. However, breakfast and dinner can be arranged by our caretaker for you with one of the nearby restaurants. Guests must send us an order at least 1 day before their trip. Or you can order a delivery from Grabfood.

3. Are the cooking utensils provided Halal?

BBQ and light cooking are permitted in our chalets and villa huts. Please note that we are a non-halal premise. However, halal utensils are available upon request—guests who require them are advised to contact our customer service at least one day before check-in.

4. Is there a large freezer to store meats?

There is a small freezer in the common area. Make sure you mark your belonging clearly to prevent other guests accidentally taking your belongings.

5. Can we order Durians and other fruit?

Guests will need to call our Farm Manager David 012 953 8636 to enquire what’s in season.

6. Do I need to pre-book for guided hikes?

This depends on the availability of the caretaker so guests should make enquiries at check-in. You are advised not to hike during the rainy season because of leeches. We will charge RM10 per pax.

7. How long does it take to get to the nearest town?

Around 15 – 20 mins drive to Bentong Town or Bukit Tinggi.

8. Do I need to bring my own tent if I booked for a chalet?

If you would like to have an outdoor tent but are only 2pax, please book 3pax in order to get the tent. If you want to bring your own tent and mattresses it must be smaller than 250cm x 250cm. If you BYO you will still incur a charge RM30/person/night for the utilities, water supply etc.

9. Are there any mosquito coils?

We provide mosquito coils, but guests are advised to bring their own mosquito repellent spray and patches for extra protection.

10. Is it suitable to bring an infant/a baby together?

Yes, however guests need to keep their children under supervision at all times.
